Role: Creative Producer (Development & Launch)

Pillow Talk is a seven-podcast slate developed and launched for Hatch+, featuring eight hosts across original sleep and storytelling formats.

Brittany developed the project from concept through launch, pitching and shaping original formats, casting eight hosts across seven podcasts, and designing a fully remote production workflow from scratch. She built a scalable system that supported multiple award-winning shows and transitioned seamlessly to the internal production team upon completion.
